The Paediatric Gut Investigation Clinic offers an unique ‘one stop’ clinical service for all paediatric gut conditions. We conduct a variety of in-house diagnostic tests to ensure that an accurate clinical diagnosis is made. These diagnostic tests include hydrogen breath test (lactose, sucrose, fructose, glucose), 24 hour pH study, skin prick test and colonic transit marker study, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, video capsule endoscopy, imagings (abdominal ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray). We also offer a phlebotomy service.

Paediatric Gut Investigation Clinic are experts in diagnosing a range of gut conditions such as gastro-eosphageal reflux, peptic ulcer disease, coeliac disease, constipation, food allergies and intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small bowel bacterial overgrowth, inflammatory bowel disease (Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease). Once the diagnosis is reached we will devise a clear management plan for your child and help your child to reach a speedy recovery.
We are based at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital in Horley, Maidstone, Charlwood in West Sussex, and Stratum Clinic in Wimbledon and Raynes Park, making us easily accessible to see patients from all nearby areas including Chichester, Banstead, Dorking, Epsom, Guildford, Horley, Reigate, Chichester, and even as far away as Southampton and Portsmouth.
