The Paediatric Gut Investigation Clinic offers an unique ‘one stop’ clinical service for all paediatric gut conditions. We conduct a variety of in-house diagnostic tests to ensure that an accurate clinical diagnosis is made. These diagnostic tests include paediatric allergy testing, hydrogen breath test (lactose, sucrose, fructose, glucose), 24 hour pH study, skin prick test and colonic transit marker study, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, video capsule endoscopy, imagings (abdominal ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray). We also offer a phlebotomy service.

Our Children’s Clinic

Paediatric Gut Investigation provides specialist care for children with gastrointestinal and allergy-related conditions, working in partnership with Paediatric Diagnostics to deliver a seamless, high-quality service.

To ensure the highest standards of care, we partner with Paediatric Diagnostics, a registered paediatric facility regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and working with leading UK insurers. This means your child is seen in a safe, trusted and fully equipped clinical environment.

Our team specialises in diagnosing a wide range of conditions, including gastro-oesophageal reflux, coeliac disease, constipation, food allergies and intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small bowel bacterial overgrowth and inflammatory bowel disease. Once a diagnosis is made, we provide a clear, personalised management plan to support your child’s recovery.

Located in Crawley, West Sussex, our private paediatrics facility is just a short drive from Gatwick Airport and conveniently near the M25 and M23 motorways. Victoria Station is only a 30-minute train ride away, providing excellent connectivity.

Our central location offers easy access for patients from nearby areas including Sussex, Charlwood, Banstead, Dorking, Epsom, Guildford, Horley, Reigate, Brighton, and Kent. Whether you’re coming from the city or the countryside, reaching us is quick and straightforward.

As part of this service, we are delighted to offer a dedicated postnatal care service, designed to support new mothers during the crucial weeks and months following birth. Our postnatal service provides compassionate, expert care, from physical recovery and emotional wellbeing, to newborn health checks and breastfeeding support.

I would just like to say a big thank you for helping me get to where we are now. After our son was on dairy-free he was still complaining about stomach aches and having toilet accidents on a daily basis to the point it stopped us enjoying quality family time out and about. As he’s starting school I looked into a special clinic as I just couldn’t send him the way he was. After Dr Hii suggested keep him off soya we quickly changed his diet and put him on a laxative. Not fully understanding that it was constipation causing daily accidents Dr Hii explained everything and we came off soya and wow what a difference.
