Introducing peanuts and eggs early can prevent food allergies in high risk infants
Research undertaken by King’s College London and St George’s, University of London has found that introducing certain foods early to infants can prevent them from developing an allergy despite low adherence to an introduction regime.

Chris Smith Paediatric Dietitian will be lecturing in a Symposium at the International Nutrition and Growth conference in Paris on 2nd March on the topic of “Optimising growth in infants with chronic conditions”. This conference is typically attended by over 1000 delegates who are a mixture of Paediatricians, Gastroenterologists, Endocrinologists, Neonatologists, Dieticians, Nutritionists and Nurses from across the globe.
